Dependable Window Cleaning was founded by Bill Zeman headquartered in the city of Yorba Linda in North Orange County, California in 1985. Bill went back to school in 1986, but then In 1989 the business was relaunched, located in the neighboring city of Brea. Diane became Bill’s partner in the business when they were married in 1990.
In 1992 the business was relocated to Chino, California and with Diane working the home office and Bill fully devoting his efforts to the field, the business grew rapidly and they steadily added workers. In 1999 the enterprise was incorporated as Dependable Window Cleaning Inc. Dependable Window Cleaning continued to boom until 2005 when Bill was sidelined from most physical duties with multiple repetitive motion afflictions. Bill now handles the phones and teaches history at community colleges. Diane is an office manager for a local roofing company.
The business continued robustly manned by many excellent workers until the Panic of 2008. The Great Recession ended the boom years, but Dependable continues to be a vibrant going concern until the present. Jacob, Whitney, Richard, handle the bulk of the work. Bill just fills in as a back up worker.
